While we encourage STLP and other students to take an active involvement in web page design and development, we must ensure that it is handled in a controlled educational environment. 

Students are not permitted to create and/or edit any web pages live on the web. 

This procedure in no way prohibits student involvement in web page design and development. It only ensures that the teacher knows at all times what is published on the web.
