How To Get A PowerPoint
Presentation To Open Online As A Show
If you'd like your PowerPoint presentation to
open as a show when the hyperlink is clicked on, do the following:
- Open the original PowerPoint presentation on
your harddrive.
- Choose File, Save As
- In the Save As Type: box, choose PowerPoint
Show
(.pps)
- Choose Save
- Open your subweb in FrontPage
- Choose File, Import
- Choose Add File
- In the Look In: box, use the dropdown
arrow and find the location of where you saved the PowerPoint Show
- Locate and choose the PowerPoint Show file
- Choose OK
FrontPage will import the file, and then you
can link to the PowerPoint Show from any page in your subweb.
