How To Send Form Results Via Email
Using FrontPage 2003

FrontPage has built-in functionality for sending form results via email. However, the method employed by the FrontPage server extensions has inherent security flaws, so we have chosen not to enable this feature on our web servers. We have provided an alternate method of sending form results via email.

After completing and saving the form

Example: you.you becomes maggie.whittington  (Use your name)

PLEASE NOTE: Of course, you would replace you.you@fayette.kyschools.us with the recipient's email address. (EXAMPLE: you.you = your first name.your last name)  Other than that, the line needs to be typed exactly as it appears above, with no spaces added. (HINT: Simply select the line above in your browser, copy it to the clipboard, then paste it into the dialog in FrontPage, editing the email address as necessary.)

NOTE: This will only work for sites hosted within the fcps.net domain. Any other use of Fayette County Public Schools server resources is prohibited. We do actively monitor all such activity!

That's all there is to it! Be sure to test your form before officially deploying it. Should you need further assistance, you can email Maggie Whittington at maggie.whittington@fayette.kyschools.us.
