Introduction

In this scavenger hunt you will learn a lot about one particular state
in the United States and then share this information with your classmates.

Task
|
You are to gather the required information on your assigned states and
complete the State Web Page Fact Sheet.

Process and Resources
|
First, click here to open up
the Word document on which you will save your information.
Second, fill in your name and the name of your state and then save
this Word document to your folder or diskette.
Third, click here
to open up the main index page and locate your particular state.
Fourth, using the web page you have located for your particular state
and the your state's official web site, copy and paste information from
the web pages to your Word document. Each time you put new information in
your Word document, click on the Save icon.

Your completed project
|
Your completed project should be your chart on one side of one page.
You may delete the directions at the top of the page to give you more
room. You may have to resize the fonts to make them smaller. To make
pictures you copied smaller, click on the picture and then drag from one
of the corner handles.
