A Visit to Africa

A WebQuest for the Students of Miss Baker

at Jessie Clark Middle School

Introduction

By studying other nations and their people and cultures, we can learn how to better appreciate people who are different from ourselves.

Task

Each student will research a particular country in Africa. As you complete your research, you will prepare ten slides for a PowerPoint presentation. Your seven slides will be combined with those of your classmates, and one large class presentation will be made. You will then view the class presentation to learn what your classmates found in their research.
