Introduction

We are living in a global society and need to get along with and
understand people from many different cultures. In learning about
different cultures, we study their language, history, food, and even
architecture. In this activity you will focus on the castles of
Germany. Imagine, as you tour through these famous structures, one of
them would become your future home. Investigate this castle to
find out about its history, its builders, its interesting features and
anything else that would make you want to live there.

Task
|
You will investigate and complete a Castle Worksheet on a minimum of
five castles in Germany. These notes will be submitted for a grade. You
will then select one of the castles to use for your presentation
For the presentation choose from the following options:
Option A: A written paper suitable for the writing portfolio
(an oral report is optional)
Option B: A PowerPoint presentation which you will present to
the class.
Option C: A model or drawing/painting of a castle with a
required oral presentation to the class.
