TIPS is published
online September through May. Its charter is to support students and
teachers in their integration of the use of technology in the classroom.
The Literary
Book Club helps to promote literacy by encouraging students to
read books, read other students’ book reviews and book reports,
and to share their own ideas and opinions of books they have read.
This Fayette
County website has a group of lesson ideas which integrate
technology and are based on the Classroom Literacy Guide
to give classroom teachers specific practical activities to use in
the classroom or in the lab with a whole class, small groups or
individual students.
It's not about technology in the
classroom,
it's about creating a learning environment that teaches students how to share
thoughts, participate and experience ...
not just listen.
