Autosignature
Everyone
should add an
autosignature to their email. Occasionally we send an email to someone who does
not know us. Therefore if you have programmed Outlook to add your
signature automatically, everyone you correspond with will know who has sent the
message. The signature should include your full name, your title, where
you work, your phone number, and your email address. Dayna
