I Am Truly
Honored!
I have been finding
out that most of you are saving my weekly e-mail newsletters. I am
truly honored! You really know how to make a person feel good!
However, I have the newsletters archived on my web site, so you don't need
to save them. I have the first half of school year 2001-2002, and
all of this year on the web! Just click on: http://teach.fcps.net/trt4/enews.htm
If
you forget this web address, don't worry. I always put the link at
the top of the news letter!
P.S.
I have lost the e-mails with last year's Derby sites (4.22.02 and
4.29.02). if you have a copy,
I'd like to get then so I can put them on the web. You can just
e-mail them to me! Thanks! New address:
The Instructional Technology
website has a new address. It is no longer "itech", but
is now "teach". To reach those web pages, go to:
http://teach.fcps.net
Competency
Assurance It's
now on our web pages. Maggie Wilson has been working on this for
quite a while.... it was a major undertaking. You'll want to save
this in your "Favorites!" http://itech.fcps.net/curriculum/
competency_assurance.htm

Tech Tip - Refresh
Most
websites are regularly up-dated, and new items are continuously
added. To be sure you are viewing the most recent web page, click on
"Refresh" in Internet Explorer or "Reload" in
Netscape. As always with Microsoft, there are several ways to
"Refresh." Click
on the "Refresh" icon on the tool bar
or
Press the F5 key at the top of your keyboard
or
Go the Menu Bar and click on "View"/"Refresh." Many
web sites post some type of note suggesting that the viewer
"Refresh" to see the latest web page. A number of schools
and teachers put such a message at the top of their web pages. Thanks
to Joy Buckingham for this tip! |
