Student Forums
A GREAT Way to Get Your Students to LOVE Reading and Writing!

Research indicates that parents strongly desire for their children to learn 21st Century skills in school.  We are fortunate to have many 21st Century vehicles available to us in Fayette County Public Schools.  Of those, one of the most valuable educational tools is the "Forums."

Forums have become a mainstay in many college classes, business, and industry.  In our school district, forums are heavily used in upper primary, intermediate, and above classrooms. There are lots of great ways to use Forums with the Curriculum Map, and in any and all subject areas.  Every day it seems like teachers are finding more new and exciting ways to use this medium.

How May I Help You?

I can help work with your STC and Instructional Technology to help you set up a Forum for your class.  I can also teach your students how to use the Forums.  Additionally, I can provide you with tons of ideas and activities to combine your forum with any content from the curriculum map or any  content areas.
