Hot Tip # 2:
Ever forget which keys are the right ones
to make your shortcuts? In Microsoft programs, as well as in many
other programs, there are some easy ways to trigger you memory if you
forget keyboard shortcuts. Just take a look at the menu bar, and
watch for the underlined letters in the words:

You can use the control key (Ctrl) on your
keyboard, combined with the underlined letter, to provide the effect you
would otherwise have to click.
You can find more keyboard shortcuts by
clicking on any of the drop down menus:

On the drop down menu, it even says
"CTRL + ___" the correct letter.
Hot Tip # 3 Use
your mouse to select words and lines in word: 1.
Double click on a word to select the word. 2.
Triple click on a word to select the line. 3.
To select a sentence, use Ctrl + Click. 4.
To select a range:
Click on first item in range, hold Shift,
click on last item in range. (You
can also use arrow keys, PgUp, PgDn, End and Home keys) Hot

lists (server, fonts, name in addressbook, etc.) 1.
Click on icon, fonts, names, etc. 2.
Enter first letters of the word/words for which you are looking.
