Our Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

The Bus Ride

We left Harrison school at 9:30 a.m. on bus # 612.  Then we sat on the front seats on the bus.  Mrs. Fritz got a  headache and  it hurt very bad.  All the kids were loud on that bus.   The bus took us to Bi-Water Farm in Georgetown, Kentucky.  The ride was fun!

I liked working  with Ms. Jones. We  sit in a seat on Thursday October 4, 2001. We left Harrison at 9:30.  It was  fun.  Everybody worked together.  Can we do it again?  It is fun riding on a bus.

The spook  house  was  fun!    I  heard  lots  of   sounds.   It  was   dark.  The  band    in the  spook   house  was  called   rolling  bones’  There   were  bats.  And   ghost  on   the   walls. There  were   glowing  things. People were screaming. The  spook  house   was  flowing  with   people  coming  out. It was creepy! The monsters were BIG!

HAY RIDE

We rode the hay ride it was fun. The teachers had to sit on the wooden part. The children had to sit on the hay stacks. It took us to the corn maze.  Then it took us to the pumpkin patch.

The Corn Maze

The corn maze was fun when we walked through it I was a little bit lost as I walked in the maze. We had to turn around and we finally found our way out. My face was happy. The leafs felt soft. The corn was growing in the stalks. The ground was hard and brown. There were a lot of stalks. We have to follow the other class. Everybody was happy too. There were dry corn and stalks. Everything was not wet. It had not rained.

The corn maze was fun. When we walked through the maze I was not lost  because I followed our class.

The Pumpkin Patch

My  pumpkin  is   big and orange.  We saw lots of pumpkins and it was fun.

My favorite part of our day was the pumpkins patch.  Pumpkins are orange and big.  I had a hard time picking a pumpkin.  The field was very big.  Mrs. Fritz could not see some of the children who went out  too far. She was sad she found them  and brought them back.

BUNNY VILLE

We  went  to Bunny Ville  and saw  bunnies  and ducks.  We got  to feed them!  They were quacking and they were really cute  and the  bunnies were  really  cute  too.  I wished I  could  pet  them, but they were in a cage.  They had a Bunny Ville church,  a Bunny Ville school, and hospital.  The bunnies live in their own town and a cow jumped over the moon.  The  llama was big and cute with white fur and it almost nipped on  Briauna’s grandmother’s hand.

I saw some chicks and some bunnies and I also saw some goats, roosters and pigs.  We saw the animals in Bunnyville.  The cow jumped over the moon.

Haunted Barnyard

We went to the haunted barnyard.  We saw the three little pigs and the cow that jumped over the moon.  We also so chickens.  The  llama was big and cute with white fur and it almost nipped on  Briauna’s grandmother’s hand.
