Tech Tips - Attaching a File to an Email Message

This week's tip is how to attach a document or file to an email message. Use this when you need to share a document or file with a fellow staff member, a parent, or even a student. 

• Open the email message.

• Click on the paper clip on the toolbar or if that isn't there click Insert, then File

• Find the document you want to send.

• Highlight the document and then click Insert.

• Once it's inserted, you will see the icon in the email message.

• Then you can type a message or send the email.
