Creating Email Message TemplatesDo you ever need to send an email message with the same basic format to the same group of people over and over again? (Kind of like Tech Tips?) Maybe you send an email newsletter to parents, or meeting reminders to groups of teachers in your school. Make your life simpler by creating a message template using the directions below from Microsoft.com.
The next time you need to send this type of message, open it from the Personal Forms Library: on the File menu, point to New, and then click Choose Form. (Click Personal Forms Library in the Look in list, if necessary.) Send the form as is or add new information. (Outlook won't add the new information to the form template stored in the Personal Forms Library unless you republish the form.) FYI...If you are using Microsoft Word as your email editor, the above may not work. Turn off Word as your editor to set up your template by going to Tools, Options, and Mail Format. Uncheck the box for Word as email editor.
