Finding Old Tech Tips

If you are here, then obviously you don't need this information again, but I'll post the tip from this week anyway.  Thanks for checking out tech tips online!

I want to start by saying thank you to the many of you who have said you enjoy receiving my weekly tech tips.  I am flattered that many of you are saving all of the tips.  But, as the school year goes on and your mailboxes keep getting full, this week’s tech tip is devoted to cleaning out that extra mail. 

1. Find all previous tech tips and delete them.
2. Go to http://teach.fcps.net/trt2/, and click on Tech Tips of the Week.  There you will find all of the tech tips from the year.  They are listed in the order they were sent and by title.

This will help save room in your mailbox.  Keep in mind that periodically you need to clean out all your folders.  Even small emails will add up and clog up your mailbox.  To be reminded of how to clean out your mailbox, see Tech Tip 5 - Really Deleting Email and Tech Tip #22 – Cleaning Up Your Email.
