  Changing the Address Book Options in Email

When you get ready to send an email and you click on TO, do you see the Global Address List first? You can change this so you only Fayette County addresses.  Here's how:

  • Open Outlook
  • Select Tools from the menu bar
  • Then choose Address Book
  • In the new window, choose Tools from the menu bar
  • Then choose Options
  • You will then see a new window with Show this address list first.
  • Click on the drop down arrow next to this and scroll down until you see Fayette County.  Click on the word Recipients under Fayette County.  This will now set your email to only Fayette County addresses.
  • Click OK, then exit the Address Book.
