What ARE you Eating?
How much did you eat yesterday? Let’s find out.
First, list below the things you ate yesterday. You must tell what you ate and how much you ate.
If you don’t know how much you ate consider:
if the amount can fit in your cupped hand, then count it as 1 cup. So 2 handfuls would be 2 cups or ½ of a handful would be ½ cup.
If the piece of meat can sit in the palm of your hand then it’s about 4 oz of meat.
