New Sites

*Would you like to have a whole year's calendar on one sheet of paper to pop into your planning book or waiting on your computer desk top? You can find one @ http://www.timeanddate.com/calendar/ . You can also create a picture calendar which you have to buy from this site.  However, this was a project my old STLP group from Red Cross Elementary did a few years ago.  We created picture calendars of the old school we moved out of and even sold a few of the school calendars. Also, pictures were taken of speakers that came to different classes which were later compiled into a calendar that was given to the speaker as a token of appreciation.  

*Also on this site, for those of you comparing your neighborhood with others, you might want to check out the World Clock page.  Can someone explain to me how a location can be a half different from the rest of us?

Digital Storytelling 

*A two part Digital Storytelling workshop will be held on September 22 and 29.  Soon you'll find more information on the Ambrose site where you will sign up for both 

sessions. Note:  You will need to attend both sessions.  Sorry the second date was scheduled during the Alternative Calendar's fall break but the other choices that were a week apart were Tuesdays.
