Sorting Those Emails

Can't find that one email sent to you last Friday from your TRT that had that important fact you need?  Instead of scrolling through the 200 emails try:

• grouping them by the sender by clicking on the word FROM.  This will arrange all emails by sender's name alphabetically and all of one sender's emails will be grouped together.  Want to start with the end of the alphabet?  Click FROM again.

• Subject: groups items by subject alphabetically

• Date: groups by dates with a second click showing the oldest first.

• Go even further: You can click on FROM to group by sender then hold the SHIFT key and click on RECEIVED to arrange the emails from a sender in chronological order.
