Tech Tip

Ever had a student to type their entire piece in all caps?  Here is how you can change all caps to lowercase.

With the mouse:

  1. Highlight all.

  2. Format Menu--> Change Case

  3. Select Sentence Case.

With the keyboard:

  1. Press Ctrl + A (Select All)

  2. Press Shift + F3 until you get the look you want. This toggles between several options (all caps, all lower case, or sentence case)

As a member of the KDE Marker Papers team in 1997, 8 or something, I have just received a complimentary CD of the "Digital" Marker Papers.  The letter also notified me that the Marker Papers will be posted on the KDE website by late fall.  Also, each district will receive a CD copy of the Marker Papers.  (Note:  I noticed this KDE letter was dated April 28, 2004;  post marked June 17, 2004; placed in my mailbox sometime during the last 2 weeks?)  So lets keep a lookout in late fall, whenever that is, for this new website.  Meanwhile, if you would like a CD copy please let me know.
