IntegrationPeanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches. That was the topic for lessons in Naomi Carroll, Teresa Gardiner and Janece Craig's second grade classroom at Mary Todd Elementary. The Mimio was posted on the board and students help write "How To Make a Peanut Butter Sandwich." The Mimio allowed the piece written on the chart paper to be printed via the computer so that students can keep a copy for reference. The teacher can also continue the lesson by having students make revisions on their personal copies as revisions are made on the chart paper. Students in Lisa Baradarian's class at Arlington created a Clay Animation movie illustrating migration across the Bering Strait. Using Quick Time you can view the movie. To view the movie slower, you can click and drag the button on the bar at the bottom. Check out my new Clay Animation Information Page.
