Have you ever been researching on a web page and thought of something else you wanted to search for but didn't want to lose the page you were on right now?  While you are on that page, use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+N to open Internet Explorer again at the same page.  Then go surfing on that page.  You'll notice the original page is waiting for you on the task bar at the bottom.

A Practical Guide to Improving Boy's Literacy Skills 

Have your students create a picture in paint to illustrate a book they have read.  Display the art piece as one of your classroom computer's desktop.  When the student finishes the drawing, drop down the File menu and set as background.
