Edit a picture in Paint

 

Right click on the picture and choose open with> paint

Click on “file” save as and resave the picture under a different name

Click View and choose “large size”

Choose free form select from the paint menu

Click and hold and trace around object that you want to cut out.

Right click and choose copy

File open and click paste
