Checking eWalk information, username and password:

1.  Open eWalk on the handheld device 
2.  Click on "upload/download"
3.  Click on "set up"
4.  Make sure the IP host says, "mxweb.media-x.com"
5.  Mare sure the system ID is "116"
6.  Check to make sure the User Name is the eWalk username of the person logged into ewalk (eWalk username: usually an e-mail address).
7.  If you can not view the password (all you see are XXXX), erase the password and type in the eWalk password used when logging into the mxMedia site.
8.  Since the print on the handheld device is very small, make sure there are not extra characters in the IP host or username (like an extra" ." or a" ," for a" .")
