Check boxes with in the proxy setting on the handheld device:

1. Open eWalk on the handheld device
2. Click on "upload/download"
3. Click on "set up" 
4. Make sure the box thate reads "Use HTTPS for secure data transfer" is unchecked. 
5. Make sure the box that reads "Proxy Server used" is checked.
