How to check eWalk version number on the handheld device:

1. Open eWalk on the handheld device.
2. Look in the bottom left hand corner of the screen for the version number.  The current version should be 1.2.0.
3. If you are running an old version of eWalk, you will need to log into mxMedia, click on the eW symbol, click on "Handheld" and click on "Handheld Software" to find the newest version.  You will need to make sure you delete the old version from both the handheld device and the computer before downloading the newest version.
