Corrupt software on the handheld device:
Generally software will become corrupt on the handheld device if the software did not fully install.  To make sure you receive a full install of the software:

1. Log into mxMedia
2. Click on the "eW " symbol
3. Click on "Handheld"
4. Click on "Handheld Software"
5. Select your platform
6. Right click on the download link and choose "Save As" and save the file to your desktop
7. Once the file has downloaded, run the file.
