The purpose of Media Services in keeping with the mission of Fayette County Public Schools is to provide people power, guidelines, and know-how to design excellent school library media programs that will help boost student achievement and to provide quality resources for teachers and staff. |

Professional
Development Individualized Professional Development Contract. - This document can used by the LMS for Individualized PD Plans. These sessions are planned on an individual basis by developing a contract with a Library Resource Specialist, Building Principal, and Media Services. This is for all grade level LMS where you can earn from 3-12 hours of PD credit. State conferences – you can obtain up to 6 hours of PD credit by attending a conference that your school’s PD committee has approved. Check the Datebook for dates of specialized PD for librarians.. KET PD Resources – Kentucky Educational Television provides PD resources for LMS at all levels. You can check the KET schedule for airing times or the KET Master Tape Library at Media Services |
