Just in time for Valentine's here is a tip that I LOVE!! If you like this one, try it NOW. It will only take a minute and you'll be glad you did.

 

I was at Paula Whitmer's desk a few days ago and I saw that some of her email messages showed up red and others were the normal black. And I asked her why that was. Here's the answer:

 

Messages that are sent where you are the only recipient can be shown in RED (or any color you choose) while messages that go to more than one person are shown in BLACK.

In Outlook, click on the Organize

When you see the menu pop down, choose the USING COLORS link on the left side of that menu.

The second bullet that says "Show messages sent only to me in ..."

Click on the drop down arrow and choose a color.

Then click the TURN ON button.

bullet

Now click the Organize button again to hide that menu and there are your messages sorted by color!
