I was at Paula Whitmer's desk a few days ago and I saw that some of her email messages showed up red and others were the normal black. And I asked her why that was. Here's the answer:
Messages that are sent where you are the only recipient can be shown in RED (or any color you choose) while messages that go to more than one person are shown in BLACK.
