Good Morning!

Are you the kind of person who HATES the auto formatting function of Word? (I'm not, but I know there are a lot of you out there.) If so, then this tip is for you.

To turn off any of those functions, open Word and go to Tools and Auto Correct. There are several options here to either select or deselect. A few of the ones that you may hate are below:

Under Auto Correct you can turn off

 

bullet

automatic bulleted lists

bullet

automatic numbered lists

bullet

auto spelling and text correction

bullet

hyperlinks

bullet

making fractions and superscripts smaller

bullet

formatting beginning of list like the one before it

bullet

beginning paragraphs in same way as one before it

If you are like me and find these things useful most of the time, just keep on doing what you are doing!
