Since portfolio grading season is now past us, you're probably sick to death of scoring rubrics. But wait! Here's one more! Rate your techie! Use the format to which you've become accustomed!

 

 

 

Task Distinguished Proficient Apprentice Novice
Overall abilities: Your tech support person . . . Walks on water Walks through water Can successfully identify water Is all wet
Network Support: - after complete, your network is . . . . . .  able to communicate with the Almighty . . . able to communicate with Mom . . . occasionally able to talk to itself . . . as connected as a trout in a Bass-O-Matic
Hardware Support: Job is completed . . . . . . faster than a speeding bullet .  . . faster than a speeding tricycle . . . faster than a speeding tomato never, but the exit from the building is fast!
Software support: After completion, your computer . . . . . . is more powerful than a tornado. . . . is more powerful than a Yugo . . . is more powerful than an asparagus spear after steaming. . . . crashes with more power than before.
Attitude: The kindness and patience of Mother Theresa. The kindness and patience of your mother. The kindness and patience of a Rottweiler with an abusive childhood. "Kindly get out of my way, jerk!"
