LTMS Animations

Doug Denniston, Clay Turner, 8th Grade

Lexington Traditional Middle School, Mr. Marionneaux

Notes from Mr. Marionneaux: " . . . Both animations were created 2nd semester as part of the Tech Ed Computer Animation module, one of the 13 modules offered in my Modular Technology Education class. This module is just a brief introduction to the basics of computer animation. The animations were created using the Art Dabbler program, including the use of the Hyper Pen/Tablet by AIPTEK."

Explorer Cards

Tasha Litzinger, Fifth Grade

Johnson Elementary, Mrs. Teresa Burke

As we [Mrs. Burke's class] were doing the explore cards we went to a site called Ms. Buckingham's website. In there, we got a few things, but not enough. So we went further into the Intermediate 5 Folder to the Explorer Folder, and in there we found the most important things like two facts about the explore and the home town and the date, name and their major discovery. The explorer's was DeLasalle, Erricson, Desoto, Vespucci, DeChamplain, Ponce de Leon, DeGama, Columbus, Coronado, Magellan and Cabot. We also had to find pictures for each explorer. The thing that I most liked about doing the explorer cards was finding the pictures, and this is what we did in making the explorer cards.
