- Word of mouth works well do something with one teacher and then their team teacher wants to do it.
- Rabbit teacher jumps on anything and everybody else follows early adopter.
- Volunteering to model in their classroom.
- Email contained specific ideas related to the curriculum map.
- They dont want us until they have an applicable and appropriate project in their room then its NOW!!! (Afterthought, lack of advanced planning)

- Simple weekly newsletter one or two websites, simple integration activity, Tech Tips generates interest; reaches people you think you may not be reaching.
- Reluctant teachers ask about upcoming units, go back with ideas the next day
- Technical equipment frustrations stop teachers a lot. Offer to set up equipment for the teachers, then they are more likely to use it.
- Catch them at their moment of need when they are being evaluated.
- When lab is closed for portfolios, then TRT goes into the classroom with the SmartBoard/COW/CPS during their regularly scheduled lab time.
- Instructional leadership/principal shares PGPs with TRT so could see what technology needs the teachers had foot in door to help them get there; short mini-PDs during faculty meetings (Outlook Calendar, etc.)
- CSIP includes technology component, teachers are required to do lessons every two weeks or unit.
- Reluctants - Inspirer series by Tom Snyder TRT models the first day or two, then teacher takes over OR teach first couple of periods, then classroom teacher takes over for the rest of the day.
