Thirteen American Colonies

This unit of study deals with the Thirteen English Colonies. Students should be paired or grouped to research about one of the 13 Colonies. They can use the Inspiration or Timeliner programs to help them organize thier information. They should be able to present thier information to the class by designing a gameboard about their colony, which gives the full details of your research. You may want to check out these websites to help them get started:

The 13 American Colonies
The US50 - A Guide to the Fifty States
From there click on your "state" to locate interesting facts about your colony.
