Presentation Tips
Purpose:  Students communicate information and ideas effectively to a STEM audience using a variety of media and formats.
1.	Remember to read the rubric.
2.	Start on the STEM Student Cover Sheet early so you will have time to reread and edit.
3.	Presenters appearance should be appropriate for the presentation.
4.	Readable font with appropriate font size.
5.	Appropriate graphics.
6.	Attractive presentation.
7.	Bulleted words or phrases instead of sentences.
8.	Don't read from the screen.
9.	If 2 students are presenting, make sure each student contributes equally.
10.	The projectors will probably be in the ceiling and the connection may not be near where the presenters stand. The presenter may want to practice with a remote and/or with a person who advances the presentation.
11.	Remember to hand the judges a Student Cover Sheet with rubric for each student presenting.
