Objective: The students will observe the choosing of the appropriate information showing the purpose and the audience for an assignment.

Resources: Computer, presentation device
Sample Activity: The teacher will show a brochure or other work created within an application software and will discuss the steps in choosing the information which will be included in the brochure. Students will be asked to assist in the selection of information and asked why they made the choices they did and who will read or use this brochure.
