Sample Activity:
Students will describe proper ergonomic techniques in written form on a poster for display in classrooms throughout the school. The techniques should include at least five of the following: sit straight with your back against your chair; do not slouch; sit six to eight inches from the machine with your body in front of the "j" key; place keyboard and mouse properly at your workstation; use two hands; keep elbows in a relaxed natural position; use correct hand/finger positions.
