Sample Activity:
The teacher will generate a class discussion on a class theme to illicit topics for research. The teacher will choose one topic and model how to generate keywords for a possible search for additional information. Using a search engine such as Yahooligans, the teacher will model how to use an index to narrow and broaden the search by clicking on the links.(Ex. Animals, birds, parrots,….)
