Skill T5.3.4:  Evaluate a web site from a search

Grade Level:  Tenth

Objective:  The student will independently conduct a search on the web and will evaluate the site for relevance to a topic of study.

Academic Expectations: 1.1, 5.4, 6.2

Sample Activity: 

The student will defend a position dealing with the issue of price supports for tobacco and whether they should continue or be ended. The data gathered should clearly give factual support to the position taken by the student.
