Objective:  Students will demonstrate the ability to use on line information to solve technical problems.

Sample Activity: 

Students will be given an open ended question about a technical problem. They will need to use on line help, either technical support or web sites to solve the problem. They will write the steps used in getting the information they needed and evaluate the effectiveness of the information in relationship to the problem being solved.
