Grade Level:  Ninth

Objective:  Students will design strategies to resolve conflict between the right of privacy, easy access to information and freedom of speech as it effects diverse cultures.

Academic Expectations:  2.16, 2.17

Sample Activity: 

Students will evaluate the effectiveness of, monitor and adjust if needed the Bill of Rights as it deals with the issues of individual rights as it relates to technology.
