Sample Activity:

Students will study the organs of the human body. They will begin by making a table of all the organs and their functions. They will save this as a file.

Students will then study individual organs. Each page will include a picture of the organ (either scanned or digital) and will include captions, page numbers, date and time pictures were taken and the page framed.

Students will then investigate the pros and cons of organ donation and write a persuasive portfolio piece
