Resources: Various media used as information resources.
Sample Activity:
At the beginning of a unit of study (ex.: Butterflies), small groups of students will "grade" sources of information for their relevancy to the topic of study. The teacher would develop a list of different types of resources (i.e. print, electronic, web, personal interviews, etc.), and the students will write advantages and disadvantages of each for this particular project.
