The title of my book is  A  TASTE OF BLACKBERRIES.   It is by Doris B. Smith.  The main characters are Jamie and a narrator.  Jamie was allergic to bees and he got stung by them and died.  The narrator liked blackberries.  The setting was in the summer time.  The plot of the story  is that when Jamie got stung by bees and died and his best friend got mad and wouldn’t eat anything.  I like this book  because I like to know that best friends  do almost everything together.  The theme is people losing  people they love and how they deal with it.
