Julieta and Her Paintbox Do
you like to paint ? Because
if you do, and you read
this book, you
can get ideas on how
to paint what’s on your mind. One day, Julieta had to stay
inside because it was raining. She
took out her paintbox and had lots of fun painting her dreams, funny
animals, cities, and fruits. Carlos
Pellicer Lopez wrote and illustrated this book. He
is a famous Mexican writer and won many awards for his books. Mr.
Pellicer Lopez says, “When you know how to paint, you can say
anything.” Julieta and Her Paintbox looks like a coloring book with words written like a child’s handwriting and it is full of colorful illustrations. I really like this book because it gave me ideas on how to paint. |
