Q. Why does my password disappear after I enter it and press Log In on the IMMEX Website?
A. Look on the task bar, you probably already have the IMMEX window up. Make sure the window is not minimized.

Q. Why after I press "Log In" on the IMMEX website does a blank white window pop up and sit there?

A. Close the window by clicking on the [X] and click on "YES" on the security dialogue box.

Q. Why after I login and click on a couple links does it say "can't find class chosen to work in?"
A. This is currently an issue we are addressing with UCLA, until then, close all windows and log in again.

Q. After I press "Log In" on the IMMEX Website it says "we can not authenticate you in our database," why?
A. Either the Username, Password, Or Affiliation was incorrect. Try logging in again making sure all information is correct.

Q. Why can't I see the whole screen or problem set on my screen?

A. Some of the IMMEX Problem sets that UCLA already has are designed for 1024x768 screen resolution. If your screen resolution is lower than this, you will not be able to display the full content on the screen. You will have to use the scroll bar to move the pictures around.

A2. Or you can change the resolution of your monitor by going to Start>Settings>Control Panel and then double click on Display, or Display Settings, depending on what operating system you have. Then click on the Settings tab at the top and move the slider over until you see it at 1024x768.

Note: Some monitors only support 800x600 and will not change to 1024x768, in that case, please use Answer number 1.
