Prolog

You are a geology student doing graduate work on a primitive third world island.  The island has a history of earthquake activity and your team has set up seismographs at strategic locations around the island to record earthquake activity.  You have just begun your modest dinner when the earth begins to shake.  You dispatch teams to the seismographs to recover their data.  There is no time to waste - you must locate the epicenter of the earthquake so you can send help to the people who are the most in need.  You must find which of the cities on the island would have been closest to the epicenter; you have 2 1/2 hours.
