Mary Moffitt, MA.  Mary is director of Synections - the professional development arm of Don Johnston. She has expertise in guiding educational systems changes as a classroom teacher, a reading and learning disabilities specialist, a professional developer and, most recently, a director of learning technologies for a large public school district. She is an author and facilitator who is passionate about quality professional development and using technology tools to assist struggling students in learning to read and write more effectively.

Dave Butler, Educational Support Specialist. Dave Butler is an Educational Support Specialist at Don Johnston Incorporated. He presents often at state, regional and national conferences and conducts training seminars for educators with responsibilities at the school and district level. He has expertise in educational trends, funding and statewide initiatives and maintains close relationships with key administrators, principals, district directors and teachers who work with all students, both in special education and in regular education. Dave's expertise allows him to help educators integrate technology solutions into their classrooms so that struggling students and students with disabilities improve literacy performance.
