Creating Webquests for your Classes (Thursday, December 2, 4:30-6:00) - Learn the components of Webquests and begin creating one to use with your students. Bring an idea for a topic and spend time working on development. This class is for teachers who already have their own webpage and know how to use FrontPage. We will not be spending time on the mechanics of how to create web pages. - with Kim Overstreet

Digital Pictures with Photoshop Elements ( Monday, December 6, 4:30-6:00)  - Using this inexpensive software from Adobe, we'll learn the basics of editing digital pictures, and look at classroom applications and ideas for this technology.  We'll discuss formats, issues of image quality, color balance, and basic image effects.  We'll also look at end use of pictures, including on websites, printing, in documents, and in videos.- with Jeff Jones.

Using Class Web Pages as A Communication Tool ( Thursday, December 9, 4:30-6:00 and Tuesday, January 11, 4:30-6:00)  - Designed for teachers who have little or no experience with the class web page, this hands-on session will take you through the process of designing and creating a classroom web page. A great way to communicate with students and parents, the classroom web page brings the school and home together in a learning environment.- with Maggie Whittington.

SMART Board (Monday, January 3, 4:30-6:00)  - Learn how to integrate the use of the SMART board into your classroom!  Come get lots of great lesson ideas to take back and use immediately. - with Suzanne Weaver.

Digital Video Editing for the Classroom (Thursday, January 6, 4:30-6:00)  - We'll look at video examples, discuss where digital video might be useful in instruction, and spend some time looking at the software which creates and edits this medium.  Both Pinnacle Studio and Windows Movie Maker will be examined.- with Jeff Jones.

Jeopardy to Review Core Content (Wednesday, January 12, 4:30-6:00)  - Learn how to create Jeopardy games to review core content in your classroom. Your students will have fun while learning!- with Barbara Barr.

Talking Books (Wednesday, February 9, 4:30-6:00)  - Come and learn how to use PowerPoint as a tool for creating books for your classroom and mini-books for your students on a variety of topics.- with Leanna Prater.
