Outlook Secrets (Calendar)

From the vault of the corner comes more MS Calendar secrets:

In changing views, a keystroke can choose How many days to display.  In the Day/Week/Month view, press ALT-1 to zoom to the current day.

 

How about 2 or 3 days?

EASY!   Just press ALT and the number of Days to view.

You can use keystrokes to select how many days to display in Outlook Calendar's DAY/WEEK/MONTH view:

Press ALT- (minus sign) to display the schedule for the current week

Press ALT= (equal sign) to display the current month

In the Date Navigator click to the LEFT of the weekly rows to display that week.

Displaying Saturday and Sunday together:

If you don't have appointments on Saturday and Sunday you can tell Outlook to display these days in a single space (in the week or month calendar view).

In Customize Current View you get the following dialog box:

Select Other Settings:
